You then need to enter your details so we can deliver your order, along with any special instructions relating to the items you have ordered.</p> <p><strong>Step 3 – Payment</strong></p> <p>At this stage is we require payment, before we can fulfil your order. The easiest and quickest way to do this is to upload it through our <a href="http://artwork.freshdesignstudio.co.uk/">website</a>. However if you prefer, you can either send it by email. If you&#8217;re not sure how to prepare your artwork for print please read our <a href="http://www.freshprintshop.co.uk/pages/artwork-guide">preparing artwork</a> page. If you&#8217;d rather have your artwork professionally designed rather than do it yourself, please select this option when choosing your product.</p> <p>Please Note: Once we have received your artwork you order will be placed ready to be printed. If you require a print proof, please add this to your order for an additional £5.99. By adding the <strong>Print Proof Service</strong> to your order, may delay your item being shipped within our daily cut-off times as we will wait for signed confirmation that you are happy with the supplied artwork before sending to be printed.</p> <p><strong>Step 5 – Delivery of Your Order</strong></p> <p>To ensure efficient and safe delivery Fresh Print Shop orders are dispatched using Business Post Next Day courier service as standard for most business stationery items. Other couriers maybe used for other products available in our shop.</p> <p>We aim to deliver most orders in 3 working days. Unforunately longer runs of A2 and larger posters and booklets/brochures aren&#8217;t covered by our 3 day turnaround, please contact us for specifc turnaround times.</p> <p>Our cut-off time for 3-5 working day delivery is 11am for most stationery printing. Please check individual products for delivery times. Standard delivery is Free on all UK mainland orders.</p> <p>Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland is £19. Please contact us prior to ordering to assist with this additional postage surcharge. You can also choose to have delivery on a Saturday or before 9am, 10am or 12noon on most business stationery items, please contact us prior to ordering to check this is avaliable.</p> <p>Therefore if you place an order and get press-ready artwork to us on Monday by 11am it will be delivered on Thursday.
