Yes we can. We have a team of designers that can design you Logo’s, Business Stationery (Business Cards, Letterheads, CompSlips), Promotional Items (Flyers/Leaflets/Posters), Booklets and much more. How long will my order take?
Most our printing products are delivery between 2 – 7 working days, however for a further guide to the deliver of your chosen product, please check each individual product for delivery time scale as this varies depending on the product.
Once your order has been dispacthed we will update your order through the website which will send you an email notification. As we ship 98% of our products through couriers you should receive your order next day anytime between 7.00am and 8.00pm.
Do you offer an Express Service?
For a premium of 50% we can normally halve the turnaround time on most items. Please contact us for a price if you require this service. Please note, not all items on the website will have this availability.
How do I Order?

How do I pay for my Order?
We accept secure payments by debit or credit card online using PayPal. If you are unable to pay this way and would like to pay by credit/debit card over the phone, please contact us for advice.
Is there VAT in your Prices?
No. We are not VAT Registered which helps keep our prices low and competitive.
How much will Delivery be?
All our products on our website include FREE DELIVERY and will be delivered by one of our courier’s.
Is the Price shown the Price you Pay?
Yes. All our prices include everything including delivery.

We keep our prices low as we are a web based company, which helps keep our overheads to a minimum. We therefore ask customers to either place orders via our website or by telephone to help us keep our prices low.
Do you provide a Proof?
Most printing items we will send you a PDF proof for you to check you are happy with the artwork layout. You will be required to confirm that you are happy with the PDF proof before printing will begin. Please note that the PDF proof is to check the check the layout of the printing item. Colours may vary as many computer screens can affect the actual true colour of the print. If you wish to check the colour of the print please order a Hard Copy Proof with your Order.

I have downloaded some images from the internet – can you print them for me?
For best results we need pictures to be supplied at a minimum of 300dpi and saved in CMYK colour. Most images found online are saved in RGB colour at 72 dpi, so whilst we could print from them the results would be very poor. For more information on how we like artwork to be supplied please go to our Preparing Artwork page.
Will the colours of my printing match the colour shown on my monitor?
No, unless your monitor has been calibrated to our press then the colours on your printing will not match what you see on screen. It is best to use colours specified in a colour swatch (either Pantones or one supplied by ourselves) to ensure a good match – go to Pantone Colours. Please remember – wherever possible try to work using the CMYK colour scheme.
Will the colour of my printing match the colour hard copy I have printed out on my desktop printer?
If you would like your printing to match to a colour hard copy then state this in your order and we will ensure that we match to it as closely as possible – if there is going to be a problem in matching it then we will contact you and let you know.
Do you have any Templates?
We have several templates available to our customers to download in each category. We are still working on more templates which we will be adding soon.
How do I know what the Size is of my Document?
Many of our products state the size on each page, however we will be adding soon a index list of all sizes and measurements of printing that we can do. Please make sure that you provide your artwork in UK dimensions and not USA dimensions.
How do I Upload my Artwork
Click here to upload your artwork. Please ensure that your order number is present. If you have not placed your order yet, please enter your surname so that we can identify your artwork when you place your order.

If you can’t find what you want on the site, simply send us an email of what you need and we’ll get back to you with a price. Try and be as specific as possible in order for us to give you an accurate quote.
What if I have a question about a product or about my Order?

What if there is a problem with my order?
Any problems with your order must be notififed to us within 2 days of receiving your order to sales@freshprintshop.co.uk quoting your order number and the problem that has occured. We will do everything we can to put your order right.
What are your Opening Times?
We are open 24/7 on the web for orders and our telephone & e-mail support are open between 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Please note we are closed for lunch between 11.45am & 1.00pm. We do offer an answer phone facility when we are unable to take your call which you can leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Do you offer Samples
Yes we do offer business stationery and promotional print samples. Please send us an email with your full contact details (name, address, telephone no) along with samples you require and we will arrange for a pack to be sent out to you first class.
